The air is crisp and cold, and you can smell the fresh scent of pine trees. You put on your skis and follow your instructor to the slopes. The slopes are not crowded and you get a proper warm-up by skiing on the gentle slopes. After that, you take the Bodmi缆车 (cable car) to the top of the mountain. The view from the top is breathtaking. You can see the entire Grindelwald valley, the surrounding mountains, and Lake Brienz in the distance. You take a few deep breaths of the fresh air and enjoy the view.

You ski down a few of the black slopes, and you find that they are more difficult than the blue slopes, but they are also more rewarding. You feel a sense of accomplishment when you reach the bottom of each slope. You also decide to try the Freestyle Park. The three main areas are the Beginner’s Park, the Medium Park and the Pro Park. The Pro Park is located high up on the mountain and is only accessible via the Bodmi缆车. It includes elements like tables, rails, boxes and kickers, and provides a separate landing area serviced by its own lift. You spend the rest of the afternoon practicing your tricks in the park.

At the end of the day, you take the ski bus back to the hotel. You are tired, but you are also satisfied. You have had another amazing day of skiing, and you feel like you have improved your skills. You go to your room and take a hot shower. You then change into some comfortable clothes and head to the hotel restaurant. You order a traditional Swiss dinner of Fondue, a melted cheese dish, with a side of Rösti. After dinner, you go to the hotel bar and have a nightcap. From Bort the trail continues along the contour line, passing the SAC hut "Berghaus Bort" to reach the Bussalp. From here, the trail leads over flower-filled alpine meadows to reach the Faulhorn summit. You can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views stretching from the Bernese Alps to the Valais Alps. Descend via the First Cliff Walk by way of the First suspension bridge to reach the Firstbahn cable car mountain station. From First, return to Grindelwald via gondola and aerial cableway. You ski down the slopes of Mount First, and you enjoy the stunning views of the Grindelwald valley. You take a break for lunch at one of the mountain restaurants.
